Job Description

MUST HAVE SKILLS: Sharepoint administration, L2 support experience in his current role, Sharepoint 2010/2013, PowerShell Script, Office 365


• Responsible for performance monitoring, daily system administration (Server Monitoring, Service Configuration, IIS, Drives, Usage, Timer Jobs etc.)
• Perform typical administrative activities such as site creation, page/library creation, site permission, user issue resolution, monitoring of SharePoint and SharePoint server logs, activities, events, and assets.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint application issues, perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose SharePoint problems.
• Work on Service Now tickets as assigned within the designated SLA boundaries. Supporting SharePoint infrastructure and application in 24x7 mode.
• Review and monitor usage and health reports
• BAU (Business As Usual) support activities, working with the application support team members and vendors, to meet and adhere to IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Responsible for Servers in SharePoint multi-site farm - includes set-up and configuration of SharePoint Services on Servers, maintenance of Web Front End Servers, Indexing Servers, and some aspects of maintaining Database servers.

• Strong experience of web and application services running MS IIS, SharePoint 2010/2013/2016
• Strong Microsoft platform experience supporting Windows Server, MOSS.



    This role has rotational shifts (allowances for night shifts)
