Job Details

•	4+ years of performance testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization on large scale enterprise systems.
•	Deep understanding of how to automate and implement overhead, scalability, stability, and stress tests using JMeter.
•	Strong experience in performance Profiling/Tuning/Testing.
•	Communicating with the Development, Business Analysts and SMEs to understand/clarify Non Functional requirements.
•	Producing Performance Test Plans, the status of design, execution and other related activities.
•	Creating performance test scenarios for Non Functional Requirements, creating scripts for these, executing and reporting on the results of performance testing.
•	Analyzing performance test results and highlighting root cause of performance bottlenecks.
•	Creating Performance test reports including associated metrics.
•	Expertise in evaluating and improving performance and scale.
•	Performance Tester with Big Data/ETL exposure.
•	Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
•	Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
•	Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
•	Well versed in using Test Case Management/Defect Management tools such as-Test Link, JIRA, Zephyr etc.
•	Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Cucumber, TestNG etc.
•	Experience in testing various projects in Big Data environment, Hadoop Datalake testing and application performance optimizations
•	Hands on experience in database testing with strong SQL knowledge is must.
•	Strong experience in performance testing of database/ETL applications and web applications as well preferably using an open source tool. 
•	Create and execute the test cases using Selenium Framework would be a plus.
•	Knowledge of Java/Python Programming concepts like file handling, exception handling, database operations and OOPS concepts.
•	Candidate having experience with automation test framework for PeopleSoft/BI dashboards, ERP and Oracle EBS Implementations will have added advantage
•	Candidate having Knowledge of domain of Pharma, Clinical, Commercial and Corporate experience will have added advantage.
