Job: Plastic -Engineer 
Job level: M1

Job location: Hyderabad
Requirements: 
To develop plastic products for various application of Industrial packaging , like steel coils , sheets etc. Good knowledge of various kinds plastic/polymer products , used in the packaging industry
Should be able to work closely with the vendors during product development 
Able to conduct product application trials at customer's sites and proving applications 
Able to make product specifications , define product features& benefits and establish MSDS (material safety data sheet) 
Able to promote the products to customers  
Need to travel across India customers 
Able to do costing , pricing , payback calculations , benchmarking.
Knowledge on substitute's option.
Should have in-depth knowledge of plastic material and processing
Knowledge on plastic testing procedures
Extrusion knowledge is desirable 
Import transaction and currency exchange knowledge
Qualification: Should be an Engineering graduate in "Polymer/Plastic Engineering"    
Experience:  
8 to 10 years in Plastic product development and product application , in plastic/polymer industry 
At least 5 years of proven track record of product development and application engineering   
Competencies required:
Good Communication Skills and financial acumen.
Should be an enthusiastic Learner
Able to work with Cross Functional Teams
Should Take ownership 
Need to have Practical Creativity
