Job Details

Responsible for Full-Cycle Recruitment: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions

- Sourcing from job portals, references, networking, LinkedIn, head hunting, etc.

- Working on different sourcing strategies and building a strong pipeline of candidates

- Managing end-to-end hiring process

- Sourcing relevant candidates with appropriate tools and methods

- Understanding the key hiring requisitions for PAN India and fulfilling the open positions

- Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to requirements

- Scheduling interviews with relevant candidates

- Working towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT.
