Job  Description - Technical  Solution Architect /Technical Sales  Consultant
 (pre-sales)

         Preferred to have work  experience in:
             Worked in technical consultant/architect role (Must have).
             Worked in data/information intensive projects.
             Worked on design/solution/pricing/quoting of Telecom products and services (desired)
         Roles & Responsibilities
             Understand client/sales team requirements & translates the business requirements into
             specific deliverables from a technical support standpoint
             Handle all types of request landing into TSA inbox
             Ensure the provided solution would work in customer's environment and is commercially and
             technically viable
             Understanding of customer network project requirement ( Voice , Data and firewall) and project
             labor
             Work on all major telecom services- VPN , Internet , Hosting , Cloud , Security , etc.
             Scope validation & network requirement gathering.
             Collaborate with the sales , network architect , network engineering teams and product teams
             as needed.
             Preparation of Technical solution documents.
             Preparation of service proposal documents.
             Coordinating with multiple OEM vendors to provide quotes (equipment and maintenance) for
             supporting customer business.
             Preparation of Bill of Material (Cisco) using Cisco commerce workspace tool. For non-Cisco , 
             liaise with OEMs to ensure client design requirements are met.
             Liaising with vendors to get the best discounts.
             Support Transfer of Service Agreement (ToSA) requests from one customer to another
             Support Sales support team on inventory pulls and guide them on template
             creation/populating as needed for work center engagement (for doing necessary changes)
             Attend meetings and kick off calls with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
             Support the technical sales team , as needed , by cross-training on systems and products
             Participate in training to stay current on existing products and learn upcoming products
             Responsible for tracking performance Analytics & publishing Dashboard
         Skills : Necessary
             Business cum technical perspective
             Advanced verbal and written communication skills
             Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment.
             Should have multitasking capabilities
             Be results-oriented and driven , should be able to navigate internally within various teams , 
             systems and tools to ensure deliverables are met.
             Display a proven ability to work under pressure
             Decent MS-office (especially Excel/Power point) skills

 Desired candidate profile

     Education: UG - B.E./B.Tech (preferred Electronics and Communication)
     Certifications: CCNA/CCNP
 Experience:
     Min 5 Year Exp. in Field of Networking Technologies (complete understanding about Voice
     and Data network) , candidate with experience in US voice and data services would be
     preferred
