4+ years in Pega Development
Certified CSSA and exposure in Pega Implementation Methodology / Agile development
Experience on Pega PRPC (7.x versions) and Frameworks
Experience with App Server Integration, configuration and tuning and Case Management
In-Depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management and all Pega Relevant Tools
PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence
Deep understanding of Design Patterns and Class Structure concepts
Hands on experience in Agents, Conect Sql
Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules and Complex Workflows
Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met
Communication should be very good
Every skill set is Mandatory WITH GOOD COMM SKILLS ...!!
