Gender – Female only (Preferable married) Should have worked in large and medium size organizations Should have been in a HR Business Partner role / Generalist role and manage 2or more team members. Should be highly energetic and presentable. Should be able to interact and handle Director and above level business partners. Consistency in employment (min 3 years in every organizations, can have one exception) Strong basics of HR processes and procedures on Performance Management System, Rewards & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Career Development plan, Succession planning, etc Responsible: Handle a 2-3 people team Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling Overseeing exit interviews and attrition analysis. Hands-on proactive retention strategies implementations Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures As a growing Organization will be responsible for change management implementation Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Responsible in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implement employee engagement activities Handle end to end Performance Appraisals process and Rewards & Recognition process Will be responsible for HR related vendor negotiations and implementation of benefits like insurance, medical, etc Preferable: Creating and revising job descriptions Conducting annual salary surveys Note: Our office timing is 12PM to 9PM. We are flexible for someone to work from 10:30 or 11 AM to 7:30 or 8PM.
