Job Description
• Professionals with 5-10 years of total experience in Testing (Functional + Performance) • Relevant experience of 3-5 years of experience in Performance testing on JMeter (Preferred) /Load Runner. • Experience executing Performance Testing Engagements from start to finish with minimal or no supervision. • Good Understanding of Web/Desktop/Mobile/APIs based Application and Technologies, Middleware and Database related, Operating System level metrics, especially from a point of tracking down Performance Issues. • Exposure on evaluating Performance as part of Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery pipeline and DevOps will be an added advantage • Passionate, Creative with strong Problem Solving skills. • Self-starter with ability to work with stakeholders/Clients through day to day problems. • Expert level scripting skills. • Candidates applying for lead positions should have good performance engineering skills and deep understanding of any of the following technologies – Java, .Net, SAP & Oracle. • Should have logical thinking ability and solutions oriented aptitude. • Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Candidates with prior development experience and knowledge would have an added advantage.
