Scope of Task:
Investment Management for NFA approval.
To support the creation of additional project and budget profiles to be configured in the system to support CAPEX planning.
Enable template creation to group materials for BOQ creation Automate the budget upload to Project codes, Activate WBS amount based budget controlling

Project background/Customer Expectation:
• SAP Project Systems is already implemented in the customer system.
• Additional Project and Budget Profile to be configured for Capex requirement • The integration between SAP Project Systems and SAP Materials Management is available in the customer system.
• The customer will share the approval sequence to be customized for NFA and BOQ approval.
• PR and PO approval related development is already being developed by IT support team as communicated by Vodafone team over the call, so they are not in the scope of the project.
• The customer will prepare the Budgets in the format shared by SAP team to automate the budget upload to Project Codes.
• Material restriction within the Project Category will not be implemented instead template creation to group materials for BOQ creation will be enabled for centralized team to enable operational team with available master list for preparing material-based estimation.
• SAP standard Work breakdown structure (WBS) element amount-based budget control will be activated. BOQ item, quantity or rate-based budget control is not in implementation scope.
• Requirement of PO rate within the PR rate will be handled by IT support team developing PR/PO DOA approval process.
• Only two customized report will be considered as part of the scope.
• Design document to reviewed and signed-off for standard system functionality within 2 days of submission.
• Except for offshore support for integration and User Acceptance testing, rest of the activities including user training, cut over and go-live support is customer responsibility.
• The efforts for the solution are solely based on the above assumptions, if any assumption is not valid the efforts will change.
