Business Need / Purpose of Role: 
Development of Software Applications 

Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: 
Including but not limited to:

Programming/coding for Client-Server & web applications 
Software maintenance and support
Web applications configurations in cloud and user support for the application
Trouble shooting of the software applications
Data base Design, Development & maintenance 
Good understanding and experience of the web application optimization techniques 
Have competence to manage one or more projects concurrently.
May guide or train lower level engineers in software development
Good understanding of cloud based applications				
Ability to work with global teams

Measurements:
Key accountabilities that will most likely be on quarterly review

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications 
Education and/or Experience: Degree/Masters in computers engineering or similar with  three or more years of experience 

Computer Skills:
The incumbent should have good working knowledge of the following software:
Object oriented design and .NET software development skills
In-depth knowledge in MVC 
Web technologies – HTML, CSS, JS
Knowledge on cloud services – Microsoft azure
