1.	Hands on experience in  Talend , TAC installations including ESB, user creations, TAC configurations, All Talend services hands on-Kafka, Job server , Talend ESB configurations
2.	AWS Redshift-Installation, User management, Security and Performance enhancement
3.	AWS configurations, Create / Debug VM related bugs and make servers up and configure Talend cluster 
4.	Strong in Unix/Linux to manage existing shell scripts and write new scripts
