SAP HCM Functional Consultant (ECMS Req # 189042, 189041, 189040, 189039)

# of years of exp - 3-6 years of Domain and hands on experience in SAP HCM

o Certified Senior HCM Consultant should have minimum 3-6 years of Domain and hands on experience in SAP HCM
o Good understanding of ASAP methodology and strong HR domain knowledge and understanding of client business processes and procedures.
o Experienced in any of the following modules - Payroll, Time Management, OM/PA, ECM, Integration with all modules of HCM.
o Should have at least 2+ E2E implementations and support projects experience
o Experience in Designing and implementing technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
o Thorough knowledge on testing (Unit testing, integration testing, User acceptance testing)
o Preparing documents like – Configuration documents, BPPS, FSD, test cases for unit testing and UAT testing
o Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements
o Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize support.
o Maintain thorough subject matter expertise of the functionality and solution architecture.
o Build and maintain effective working relationship with key technology team members.
o Partner with other Teams, Business and Technical Teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable items.
o Create and enable best practices, governance measures for supporting SAP HR
o Root cause analysis for issues raised by customer and providing timely resolution
o Should be proficient in working on global rollout
o Expertise in migration activities and user training
