Job Description
Roles & responsibility : 1. Responsible for Handling of Daily Issues related to Desk Top / Printers / LAN / WLAN / Wi Fi etc 2. Responsible for Handling of issues related with Outlook / O- 365 / G- Suite. 3. Overall Responsibility to maintain Good IT Infrastructure / Hardware and Networking of Bhilwara (Raj) Location. Preferred Competencies / Traits: 1. Knowledge of Virtualization, Hyper V , VM Waire and Citrix. 2. Basic Knowledge of cloud computing /AWS /AZURE, Routing & Switching ends points security , Centralised Monitoring and Management Tools. 3. Knowledge of VLANs, trunking, VPN, Ip- Sec / SSL/ Lease Line / ILL, EPABX / SIP Trunk / PRI Lines and Biometric Attandeance System. 4. Hands on experience on Firewall / UTM devices for Configuration / Implementation of Policies, Basic Understanding of CCTV Surveillance System 5. Experience in Cyberoam / Shophos is preferable 6. Good verval and written communication Skills to coordinate with Internal / External customers and management. Experience : Min 4-5 years Experience in Installation, Monitoring and Trouble Shooting of Windows 7,8,8.1/10 Server 2012/2014 etc. Installation & Configuration of Active directory / DNS / DHCP / Failover in Server 2012/2014 environment or Higher environment Note : Candidate from Bhilwara (Rajasthan) will be preferred.
