Commercial accounts Targets - TL & BL; Enterprise Customers Management , Vendor Inside Sales Management and ensure lead realization across vendors in different locations , Manage Inside Sales teams across branches and co-ordinate to support Product team , Sales , Technical & Finance teams for effective operational clarity. Opportunity creation , Lead generation , Profitability thru Inside Sales; TL; BL; payment collections; vendor relation and retention Excellent Communications Skills , Ability to understand and articulate business with customers and vendors , Knowledge of local language mandatory over and above good command over English and Hindi. Basic level of IT solutions and products selling experience and expertise. Understanding of Inside Sales processes in major Industry verticals such as Manufacturing , Pharma , Hi-Tech , IT/ITES , BFSI , Automotive and others. Prefered sales certifications in some of the core Infrastructure products around Security , Hardware , Systems Software , Virtualization and other leading products. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in selling IT solutions , products and services. Will be responsible for coordinating with multi-functional teams spread across Sales , Product Management , Solutions , Technical , Finance and Purchase teams. Shares 25 Large Enterprise Accounts along with the Branch Manager of the assigned region and should ensure relationship with major corporate accounts of the region through the team. Should manage all focussed vendors and establish relationships to align with and drive their strategies and enhance business for the product lines. Responsible for planning and executing vendor based events within the region. Support in smooth execution of Power Days/Blitz by iSales teams in coordination with Account Managers , Product Managers and Vendor Representatives. Showcase ability to continuously upgrade and learn newer technologies. Responsible for Training and development needs of team members. Weekly team reviews; Weekly management review. Reports to be maintained and updated on Inside Sales performance report , funnel report , vendor engagement , events & call blitz report , collections report.
