Job Description:
Rockstar ( good )  level core PHP skills with Angularjs - Mandatory Skills 
Extensive knowledge and experience with RESTFul API's - Mandatory 
Automated functional testing with PHPUnit or similiar - no mandatory 
Solid exposure to PHP / API frameworks - mandatory 
i.e. Lumen , must be strong with MVC and OOPS
